the terrace views are fine, but our room was too small and cramped.

The room was amazing, with luxurious amenities and substantial space. The staff, particularly Ahmed, provided very nice service, ensuring that every need was met, from carrying luggage to accommodating last-minute requests. The serene atmosphere, combined with a awesome breakfast that exceeded my expectations. The location allows easy access to the medinas while being in a peaceful area.

The path from the Riad to the taxi stand can be slightly challenging to navigate.

Beautiful room with air conditioning and a comfy bed. Breakfast kept coming and was served in charming, private dining areas off the main courtyard.

Only one key for the entire annex building created access issues, leading to uncomfortable waits outside after hours. Locked out upon return from the Medina resulted in a lack of convenience and safety, particularly for two female travelers. The location requires navigating through dark, narrow alleys which can be daunting, especially at night.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was best, it had unbeatable location in the center. Generally everything was perfect, but the bathroom was very small. Delicious and marvellous breakfast, best ever had, with juice, cakes, jams. Location: the property was just off the old medina of Fez, and surrounds for around £2

I had an really good stay! The Beautiful King Suite was spacious, echoing the charm of exquisite Moroccan decor. The breakfast was served in a good setting.

the restaurant was amazing for breakfast and dinner, i tried excellant dishes. central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel tv where standard, but i loved that.

Oh, let me tell ya about the breakfast-endless trays filled with fresh delights, made my mornings. The cozy decor and enchanting ambiance seemed like a home away from home. Ahmed and his team? Pure gold! They took extra care, like arranging a fantastic guide and even offering friendly chats to brighten our days.

Now, about the mattress-while it might've been a bit firm for my taste, everything else just sparkled with charm.

Ope, what a cozy little spot! We were welcomed with tea after a long trek through the busy Medina, and boy was it a relief. The views from the rooftop were just amazing! Plus, the staff were like family, always ready to help us with our plans. Ya know, it's those little things like fresh Moroccan treats that just. Would recommend!
